What is CPS?

Canadian Power and Sail Squadrons®, commonly known as 'CPS', is the largest nationwide association of boating enthusiasts in Canada. It has one purpose - the advancement of safe boating! To this end it conducts classes to over 15,000 students of all ages, annually.
