A favourite dessert at Brentwood Bay

I stole this recipe from our good friends,
Bill & Heather Jory in Winnipeg.
No calories, honest!
Base
1 cup Flour
1/2 cup Butter
1 cup Crushed Pecans
3 tbsp Sugar
Melt butter and stir into
dry ingredients.
Press in to the base of a cake pan and bake
at 350 F for 25 mins, or until just brown
and firm.
Leave to cool completely
Topping
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 cup Icing Sugar
1 packet instant Chocolate Pudding
1 packet instant Vanilla Pudding
3 cups Milk
Whipping Cream
Chocolate Bar (best at room temperature for
shaving)
Whisk together cream cheese
and icing sugar. Spread over base.
Whisk together instant pudding mixes and
milk. Spread over cream cheese layer.
Cover the top with whipped cream and shaved
chocolate flakes.
Chill for 2 hours before serving.
